Ariel Schmidberg

Ariel Schmidberg joined the Debby Group as VP in September 2025. With over 20 years of experience in the world of communications and influence, he has held a series of senior editorial and management positions in several media outlets. In his most recent role, he served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Head of News at the Walla news site. Prior to that, he was Head of News at the international television network i24NEWS, and earlier served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Head of News, and Head of the Digital Department at Israel Hayom.

As part of his role at the Debby Group, Ariel manages the communications strategy for the company’s clients and develops and promotes communication initiatives for companies and organizations across various sectors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications, and in Education Administration and Policy from Tel Aviv University.
