The website debby.co.il (hereinafter: the “Website“) is operated by Debby Moshe Communications Public Relations Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company“). The Company respects the privacy of users of the Website (hereinafter: the “User/s“) and undertakes to act in accordance with applicable law, in particular the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. This policy is intended to regulate the manner in which the personal information of Users is processed, including collection, use, storage, transfer, and deletion, and to clarify the rights of Users with respect to such information.

Collection and Use of Information

  1. The Company may collect and process the following types of information: (a) Identification and contact information provided by the User, including name, phone number, and email address, solely for the purpose of communication; (b) Technical Information regarding use of the Website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, connection data, and endpoint devices; (c) Usage Data on the Website, including pages visited, duration of stay, referral sources, and communications submitted via the “Contact Us” form.
  2. Processing of the information is based on one or more of the following grounds: (a) User consent; (b) The necessity for the performance of a contractual obligation or provision of a service at the User’s request; (c) Compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Company; (d) The existence of a legitimate interest of the Company, including website security, service improvement, and business management. Without limiting the foregoing: (a) Submissions via the “Contact Us” form will be retained for no longer than 24 months from the conclusion of handling the inquiry; (b) User details registered for direct mailing (if any) will be retained until the User requests removal; (c) Technical log data will be retained for no longer than 12 months.

The Company implements reasonable and updated administrative, technological, and organizational measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, including the use of encryption protocols (SSL).
