Limor Zilber

Limor is a senior communications consultant with a multidisciplinary background spanning media relations, financial journalism and strategic communications. Since joining Debby Group in 2023, she has led communications programs for global technology companies, academic and research institutions, government-owned companies and nonprofit organizations.

Throughout her career, Limor has gained extensive experience across technology, finance, academia and research, as well as infrastructure, transportation, energy and the nonprofit sector. Working across industries and within complex organizations has sharpened her ability to develop a deep understanding of diverse subjects, assess the business and public environments in which her clients operate, and shape focused communications strategies. She combines professional judgment, a journalist’s perspective and creative thinking to identify compelling stories and media opportunities, make complex topics accessible, and strengthen her clients’ media positioning and employer brands.

Limor began her career with nearly a decade in in-house communications roles, first as Assistant Spokesperson at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and later as Deputy Spokesperson at Harel Insurance & Finance Group. At Harel, she gained substantial experience in reputation management, crisis communications and investor relations. She subsequently worked as a Finance Journalist at Bizportal before moving into communications consulting for academic institutions, technology companies and startups. She also served as a Jewish Agency representative in USA.

Limor holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
