Nofar Dahan

Nofar joined Debby Communications in July 2026 and serves as a Media Consultant, advising and supporting clients across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent nearly four years as Deputy Spokesperson at Harel Insurance, where she led the company’s media relations and corporate communications activities.

Before that, Nofar worked for four years at the Office of the Mayor of Tel Aviv–Yafo as a Digital Projects Manager, overseeing a variety of strategic digital initiatives.

Nofar holds a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Advertising, from The College of Management Academic Studies, as well as an M.A. in Law (for non-lawyers).
